  • At your event, I'll take a quick photo of each guest so they don't have to stand still for long! I then illustrate their portrait in real time, by hand (I use a mix of pens, markers and watercolour) while they enjoy the celebration, and they collect their finished illustration before the night is over.

  • Each portrait typically takes around 6–10 minutes depending on the complexity of the guest's outfit. Rather than a strict number, the experience is designed to weave naturally into the flow of your event, so guests can watch their portrait come to life, then take it home at the end of the night, beautifully packaged as a keepsake!

  • I illustrate at all kinds of events across Sydney, including weddings, hens nights, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events, brand activations, markets, and more. If you're not sure whether it's a good fit, just reach out! I am always open to hearing your ideas!

  • I'm based in Sydney and regularly illustrate at events across the city and surrounding areas. Travel to regional, interstate or international events may be considered upon request. Please note that travel costs will apply.

  • I'd recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding season dates and busy corporate event periods. Popular dates (especially weekends!) can fill up quickly, so it's not uncommon for clients to secure their booking 6–12 months ahead. That said, feel free to reach out even if your event is coming up soon and I'll let you know what's available!.

  • This is totally up to you and what suits your day! Most couples have me set up during the cocktail hour or reception, when guests have more time to relax and enjoy the experience. I'm happy to chat through the flow of your day and help figure out the best window to get the most out of it!

  • Not a problem! For larger guest lists, we can work together to figure out the best approach, whether that's prioritising certain guests, extending the illustration window, or coordinating a second illustrator to help cover everyone. I also offer a post-event portrait service for any guests I wasn't able to get to on the night. Get in touch with your guest count and I'll help come up with a plan that works for your event!

  • Yes! Every event is a little different and I love tailoring the experience to match. For weddings, this might mean custom colour palettes, monograms, or an illustrative border that feels true to your celebration. For corporate events and brand activations, I can incorporate brand colours, campaign elements, or specific themes to make it feel cohesive.

  • Yes! Each guest receives their finished portrait to take home at the end of the event. It doubles as a unique and memorable event favour!

  • Once you enquire, I'll send through all the details on packages, pricing, and next steps. For weddings and larger events, I'll also chat through logistics like setup space and guest flow to make sure the night runs smoothly.
